The girl who never finished her drawings....

Yes.
I should name my blog "unfinished drawings", because I never finish my drawings!!
This stupid head of mine simply doesn't want to stay at one task for very long...

Oh well, here is a quick sort-of-finished drawing I made at a drink & draw session.
It is a serial killer and his weapon of choice (wich happens to be a sock).

A drawing from our last Drink&Draw session: a bath salt junkie wanting to eat you.

The Failed Project

I was supposed to finish my class this summer by participating in a project about Norwegian modernist and traditionalist poets in the 1950's.
As it happened, I didn't finish it.
However, I feel like displaying my drawings for my failed project anyway, so here they are:

André Bjerke, Traditionalist

Arnulf Øverland, Traditionalist

Erling Christie, Modernist

Paal Brekke, Modernist

So there!

From my sketchbook

My husband asked me to draw a good old-fashioned capitalist.
So here he is, all cartoony and capitalist-ish:

I think I want to do something more with him, I guess I'll experiment a bit on him in PS.

And here is a cyborg-woman. I'll add some more color and stuff later.

And now: Sleepytime!

Drink & Draw Trondheim is alive!

Finally my evil plan of starting up a little drawing community in Trondheim has hatched!
There is a group on facebook, and we have quite a few members already; awesome! :)

Here are a few weird sketches I've made on D&D meetings - some of them are ideas from others in the group or ideas we've come up with together:

Girl in bathtub:

Granny Death!

I'm not really sure... Cloudshrooms...?

Hello Cthulhu - Cthulhu wearing a Hello Kitty Costume

Jarle.
This probably doesn't make much sense unless you've seen the Norwegian TV show "Åpen Post".

Methmaid - A mermaid on meth. Poor thingy...

Tea party!
And here's a very silly sketch picturing a tea party with a man who'd rather have an evening of ... umm ... very inappropriate collective behaviour... Just look at him, sitting there all consumed in dirty, disturbing thoughts xD

Lurch!
Not sure if he's serving something scary for tea or just showing a guest into the living room...

And here's a drawing I finished. I was told to draw a dragon who doubted his own existence, because no one believed in him:

The Dragon

Another guy in our group wrote a lovely text to go with the picture. Perhaps he'll want to put the text out on deviantart or something? In that case I'll be sure to link to it *hints* ;)

That's it for now; more sketches, and hopefully real, proper, finished drawings, will soon follow!

Now: Bedtime!
